By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, misuse, copy, or interfere with the site, its content, or its infrastructure.

Project terms require approval

A website project begins only after scope is approved, any required agreement is accepted, and the required deposit or first payment clears. Public website text is not a final project agreement.

Accurate client information

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, contact details, service descriptions, prices, hours, service areas, and legal billing details.
• Clients must have rights to any logos, photos, copy, reviews, brand assets, account access, or third-party materials they provide.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining access to domains, Cloudflare, GitHub, Stripe, email, booking tools, and other third-party accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Launch and handoff

Final launch, production domain connection, source-code export, repository transfer, domain cutover, and Cloudflare handoff happen after final payment clears unless DaveTheWeb.guru agrees otherwise in writing.

Scope changes

Requests outside the approved scope may require a revised estimate, change order, prepaid support block, or separate quote before work continues.
