These public pages are provided to explain how DaveTheWeb.guru generally works. They are not a substitute for a signed proposal, statement of work, or project agreement.

Client-specific agreements control

For paid client work, the signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, and written approvals control the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms for that project.

No guaranteed business outcome

• DaveTheWeb.guru does not guarantee search rankings, revenue, sales, leads, or customer volume.
• DaveTheWeb.guru does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services such as hosting, domains, email, payment processors, booking tools, Google Business Profile, Cloudflare, GitHub, or Stripe.
• Legal compliance, accessibility audits, privacy-policy drafting for regulated industries, and industry-specific compliance review are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

Ownership and handoff

After full payment clears, the client owns the final customized website deliverables created specifically for that client, subject to any third-party licenses and retained DaveTheWeb.guru materials. DaveTheWeb.guru retains reusable tools, templates, workflow knowledge, starter components, and pre-existing code.

Preferred account model

Where practical, clients should own their domain, Cloudflare account/project, and production source repository. DaveTheWeb.guru may receive temporary access for setup, launch, handoff, or purchased support.
